Experience an exclusive atmosphere at this Villa , Puerto Aventuras, a unique oceanfront hacienda-style villa in the Riviera Maya.It boasts over 16,000 sq ft of pure luxury with 15 suites (14 bedrooms with ensuite bath and a den). There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa and two casitas (little houses) in the grounds (one with 4 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms plus den).

As you enter through the doors of this magnificent residence you will be transported into another world. The courtyard is adorned with Mexican trinkets, cacti and artwork all inspiring a true Mexican flavor. Leading from this area are 4 guest suites with full bath air conditioning.

Walking through into the living and dining room, you will be mesmerized by the amazing views that greet you, the swimming pool overlooks the blue Caribbean ocean. The house, designed by the owners, is a masterpiece with original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Hacienda del Mar Puerto Aventuras.

Upstairs there are 3 fabulous oceanfront suites with a walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire width of the property. Enjoy an oceanfront massage, a cocktail by the pool or just relax in luxurious surroundings. The staff of Hacienda del Mar is on hand to make sure your every wish comes true.

The snorkeling in Puerto Aventuras is fantastic; you will see bright colored fishes and if you are lucky maybe a turtle! The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and a post office. There is also a golf course, tennis facilities and skateboard park close by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan ruins, cenotes, stunning beaches, eco parks Xcaret and Xel-Há, and dive the beautiful Caribbean or cenotes.

For larger groups, corporate retreats, weddings and events, this Villa may also be rented with the sister villa  next door. The 2 villas offer the perfect combination.
